Accepting one singular set of ideas or creating uniform thought amongst a group is not the goal here. The more we engage and reflect on foreign ideas from alternative vantage points, the more we grow our own capacity for responding to and creating sparks of inspiration. Whether you inspire a colleague or a friend, or they inspire you, is irrelevant. So long as someone leaves inspired, we’re achieving our goal.
